“You” means YOU as identified by the email address you use as indicated above in “Your Subscription Details” fields.

“your email address” is the email address you have already used as indicated above in “Your Subscription Details” fields.

“I” means, John Delavera.

By subscribing to my newsletter you agree to all terms in this Agreement and also agree to receive my messages by email to your email address.

This is a free service until it’ll become a paid one. I am reserving the right to delete your email address from my list of subscribers when and if this service will ever require a fee for subscribing.

You agree to receive from me:

- This newsletter’s Unique Issue on every Saturday
- My email “Alerts” – usually 2-3 each week.
- Special announcements I send periodically to this list without a schedule. These could also be solo ads, paid or not by third parties.

Spam is NOT tolerated and I shall never distribute your email address.

You also agree to bear with my language errors, mistakes or typos – just keep and focus upon the meaning, the essence of what I am trying to tell you – not in words.
